Lab X Terms and Conditions of Trade

Account Terms

All accounts are strictly COD until an account application has been approved by Lab X.

We accept EFTPOS, all major credit cards, cash, cheque or direct deposit.

Trading accounts are to be paid within 7 days, or 30 days as of the end of the month. Terms offered will depend on trade references ans is at the discretion of Lab X.

Any payments after this date will incur either a 2% or $30 account keeping fee, whichever the greater amount.

All trading accounts shall receive a tax invoice at the end of each month.

Any account or invoicing disputes must be made within 14 days of issue and credits/queries will not be considered after this time.

All work remains the property of Lab X until full payment is received.

 

Prices & GST

All prices quoted by Lab X include GST.

Prices on Goods & Services offered by Lab X are subject to change at the discretion of Lab X without notice.

 

Quotations

At Lab X, we are happy to estimate job costs over the phone, however if you require an official quote, Lab X will issue one in writing. Verbal quotes will not be given or accepted.

A quote is valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified.

 

Ownership

All work remains the property of Lab X until payment is received in full.

 

Copyright

All photographs are covered by the Copyright Act and Lab X will not authorize a copy of any photographs unless you, (the Customer), own the copyright for the photograph, or you have permission from the copyright owner for reproduction, or the copyright has expired.

 

Courier & Postal Service

Lab X is happy to arrange a standard, express or after-hours courier on your behalf to collect or deliver works. Charges apply and this service is only available during business hours of Lab X. For customers not on account, prior payment is required for work to be dispatched.

Express post and Platinum post services are also available and price is subject to size and weight of goods. For customers not on account, prior payment is required for goods to be posted.

Lab X takes the utmost care to ensure your goods are packed safely and will keep a record of parcel details, however, once the parcel has either been collected by a courier, or taken to the post office, Lab X takes no responsibility for your parcel. Should an item go missing, it is not the responsibility of Lab X to chase up the whereabouts of the parcel with Australia Post or the courier company. Lab X takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods.

 

Liability

Lab X takes the utmost care with all material and work entrusted to us, however, should loss or damage of material or work occur, Lab X would only be liable for the replacement of unexposed film of similar type and quality.
