Use the Frontier profiles for photographic prints up to 10x15 inches.
Use Pegasus profiles for photographic prints 10x15 to 20x32 inches and for Metallic paper.
Use Epson profiles for fine art papers and canvas or prints larger than 20x32 inches. Please call us if you are unsure of which profile to use.
All of our profiles are designed to be used in an ICC colour managed environment. Monitors should be calibrated using a dedicated hardware device to D65 with a gamma of 2.2.

Colour management – consistently better results!

challenges of the digital era, Lab X is pleased to offer
a complete digital colour management service. It combines
our years of photographic and colour management expertise
with the latest software and equipment.
Our aim is to provide the most cost effective

The benefits of colour management
-
Calibration to international standards
provides 100% certainty that you are viewing your images
correctly and therefore any adjustments you make will
be accurate. The ONLY way to calibrate a monitor correctly is to use a hardware device that is compliant to ICC standards.
-
Be confident that image files dispatched
to the printer, lab and (most importantly) your clients
are exactly as they should be.
-
Utilize the full imaging capacity
of all devices, from capture to output.
-
Eliminate guesswork and trial and
error to gain optimal production efficiency.
-
Accurately preview images prior to
printing to minimize screen and print discrepancies in
both RGB and CMYK environments.
